Returns Policy

To start a return for a perfect, unused brush, which possibly has been incorrectly ordered, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at and explain the reason for the intended return. If your return is accepted, you must send the unwanted item/s to the address below, at your own expense. Once the returned items are received by us in perfect condition, your refund for the brushes (but not your shipping costs) will take place. A replacement brush (the one intended to be ordered) will be sent though note that delivery fees will apply. Please also note that if such a return arrives back to us in a less than perfect condition (a damaged brush box for example), only a partial refund will be possible, so it's important to ensure the returned item is properly and safely packaged.

To start a return for a product defect within 12 months of purchase, again contact us at the email above with an explanation of what's gone wrong and include images in support of your problem. If your return is accepted, we’ll either send you a return shipping label, as well as full instructions or request you send the faulty product back to us at your own expense. Once received, we will make your refund to include your shipping costs, if applicable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted so please follow this Returns Policy to help us help you. Kindly note, do not discard a faulty brush without our permission to do so as this will void your warranty.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sales items but do let us know if you think we can help.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, following the procedure above, and either once the return is accepted or straightaway, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original perfect packaging. You may also need proof of purchase if this isn't obvious to us.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (usually far sooner). Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

3. Copy of your purchase receipt (if applicable)

4. Image showing current condition and problem (if a warranty claim)

5. Brush reference (found on the brush)
