Returns Policy
Please note that during our current Clearance Sale, returns will still be accepted if you genuinely ordered the wrong-sized brush and are ordering a different size, or if there is a bona fide fault. Also note that all brushes are examined prior to delivery.
If you think we may be able to help, message us at support@ergonomicsunited.com within 7 days of placing your order and explain your situation. If your return is accepted, you must send the unwanted item (s) to the address below at your own expense. Once we receive the returned items in absolutely perfect condition, your refund (but not your shipping costs) will take place. A replacement (the one intended to be ordered) will then be sent. Note that delivery fees will apply. Please also note that if such a return arrives in less-than-perfect condition (a damaged brush box, for example, or a tripod without its carry bag), only a partial refund will be possible, so it's essential to ensure the returned item is safely and adequately packaged and complete.

To start a return for a product defect within 12 months of purchase, again, contact us at the email above with an explanation of what went wrong and include images to support your claim. If your return is accepted, we’ll either send you a shipping label and complete instructions or ask you to return the faulty product to us at your own expense. Once we receive it, we will issue your refund to include your shipping costs, if applicable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted, so please follow this Returns Policy to help us help you. Kindly note that you do not discard a faulty brush without our permission to do so, as this will void your warranty.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Returned items that are faulty or have developed a fault within the warranty period will not only be replaced, but a free gift will also be shipped with the replacement—our way of saying sorry again for your disappointment and inconvenience.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, following the procedure above, and either make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted, or do so straightaway.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original, perfect packaging. You may also need proof of purchase if this isn't obvious to us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (usually far sooner). Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, don't hesitate to contact us at support@ergonomicsunited.com.

2. Business Name where item was purchased
3. Copy of your purchase receipt (if applicable)
4. Image showing current condition and problem (if a warranty claim)
5. Brush reference where applicable (found on the brush end)
