Delivery Policy

DELIVERY POLICY:

Thank you for visiting and shopping at ERGO Styling Tools UK.​ The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy.

DELIVERY PROCESSING TIME:

All orders are normally processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not sent or delivered on weekends or bank holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days or occasionally, up to a week though this is rare. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

DELIVERY RATES:

Delivery rates are calculated by Shopify and clearly shown at checkout. From time to time, a special rate may be offered and will be dependent upon the value of your order.

DELIVERY METHOD:

Evri, DPD or Royal Mail will deliver your order so look out for shipping info in your email inbox. 

DELIVERY TO P.O. BOXES IS NOT PERMITTED

ERGO Styling Tools UK currently only deliver to addresses within the UK and Ireland but never to a P.O. Box. However, please contact us directly should you be outside those areas as we may still be able to help you.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING:

You will receive a Delivery Confirmation email once your order has left us containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within two business days (but often within an hour or so) of the order being processed.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

ERGO Styling Tools UK is not responsible for any applicable customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after delivery are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES:

ERGO Styling Tools UK is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact the delivery carrier to file a claim before contacting our customer service department. Once a claim has been filed via the carrier, please feel free to mail info@ergostylingtools.co.uk with all your information and include a copy of your carrier claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
